Intracoastal Mall is located less than one mile from Sunny Isle Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway on Sunny Isles Boulevard in the City of North Miami Beach, Florida. The proposed project is to construct a 12 slip marina adjacent to the renovated mall along the canal.
The Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the marina development. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided all permitting services and design for the every aspect of the marina. Environmental Permits are in the application process with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Miami Department of Environmental Resources Management, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
