Deerfield Beach Pier is located along the Atlantic Ocean adjacent to South Ocean Boulevard in the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida. The proposed project consists of the renovation of the existing pier, structure, and the construction of a mixed use development which includes restaurant, retail shops, bait shop, and office for the City of Deerfield Beach. The Chappell Group, Inc. provided all environmental services including a Marine Turtle Lighting Review and Coastal Construction Line Permitting with Florida Department of Environmental Protection Florida (FDEP), Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC), and US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS).
