The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is one of the world’s largest boat shows. It takes place annually in Fort Lauderdale along the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) extending from Bahia Mar to Cortez Street.
The Chappell Group, Inc. (TCG) provides permitting services for the boat show and the associated submerged land lease. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the proposed structures and submerged land lease with survey assistance from McLaughlin Engineering Company, Inc. Environmental Permits were obtained from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Broward County. TCG will continue to provide permitting and compliance services for the boat show on an annual basis.
