This project consists of approximately 360 acres subdivided into 20-acre to 30-acre commercial and residential developments. Along with designing the main right-of-way and infrastructure to be used for all future development, Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. also provided engineering services for the development of the TPC Clubhouse, three separate single-family home developments, permitting of drainage ways excavation, preparation of plats, construction phase services, and various surveys. This project located north of the Sawgrass Expressway and west of Coral Ridge Drive is representative of Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc.’s ability to handle large development projects and maintain.
