The Chappell Group, Inc. (TCG) was subcontracted by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the City of Oakland Park. The subject site was comprised of a property consisting of four (4) existing vacant parcels located on Dixie Highway and NE 40th Court in the City of Oakland Park, Florida. The objective of a Phase I ESA is to identify recognized environmental conditions associated with the subject property and adjacent properties. TCG conducted aerial reviews, site inspections, and file reviews for hazardous and petroleum contaminants that could have been potential impacts to the soil and groundwater of the subject site. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was completed by TCG in March 2008.
