The Chappell Group, Inc. (TCG) was subcontracted by Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. to
perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) of several School Board of Broward
County schools. The objective of a Phase I ESA is to identify recognized environmental
conditions associated with the subject property and adjacent properties. TCG conducted aerial
reviews, site inspections, and file reviews for hazardous and petroleum contaminants that could
have been potential impacts to the soil and groundwater of the subject schools.
The Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are ongoing.
