The Pembroke Road overpass will connect Pembroke Road over Interstate 75 on the boarder of Pembroke Pines &amp; Miramar. On behalf of Broward County Highway and Construction Division, TCG prepared and processed the environmental resource applications and processed the mitigation and design of the Long Key Natural Area to offset impacts associated with the proposed roadway. In addition, TCG processed the PCE Checklist and NEPA requirements through the Florida Department of Transportation on behalf of the County as a portion of the roadway is located in FDOT right of way and over I-75. Upon completion of the creation and permitting efforts, TCG is responsible for the required five (5) years of quarterly mitigation monitoring and reporting of the Long Key Natural Area.
