TCG was not only responsible for a benthic survey, and Environmental Assessment, but also for researching the existing permits for the property and providing a summary of the environmental regulatory authorizations that are required for the construction of the proposed conceptual designs. In addition, TCG provided input to C3TS on the feasibility and operation constraints of the proposed park improvements to assist in the development of the conceptual floating dock designs.
