The proposed project is to construct a 12 slip marina adjacent to the renovated mall along the canal.<br \/>\nThe Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the marina development. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided all permitting services and design for the every aspect of the marina.
