The proposed project is a single family residence with 4 slips. The Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the<br \/>\nproposed dock. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the proposed dock with structural design assistance from BK Marine Construction, Inc.
