The Chappell Group, Inc. (TCG) provided permitting services for the boat show and the associated submerged land lease. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group<br \/>\nprovided permitting services for the proposed structures and submerged land lease with survey assistance from McLaughlin Engineering Company, Inc.
