The proposed project is to construct floating docks, associated ramps and a fixed wood marginal dock to accommodate ten (10) privately-owned wet slips.<\/p>\n<p>The Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the marina development. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided all permitting services and design for every aspect of the marina.
