(TCG) provides permitting services for the boat show and the associated submerged land lease.\u00a0 As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the proposed structures and submerged land lease with survey assistance from McLaughlin Engineering Company, Inc.\u00a0 Environmental Permits were obtained from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Miami-Dade County Regulatory and Economic Resources Department.
