(TCG) provided and continues to provide environmental services for the design and construction of numerous dredge and fill projects and mitigation design projects within the Heron Bay community.<\/p>\n<p>Environmental services include Preliminary Wetland Assessment reports, Due Diligence reports, and Jurisdictional Determinations with agencies as well as design services for dredge and fill projects. Environmental permitting services included the regulatory permitting process through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department and the North Springs Improvement District.<\/p>\n<p>TCG also reviewed all permits for the entire Heron Bay development and prepared a master permit file and GIS mapping grid of each subdivision to fast track permitting compliance and monitoring of all permits of the WCI development boundary, including Parkland Golf and Country Club.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of the permitting process, TCG provided construction observation services associated with the earthwork, grading and planting of the three (3) individual monitoring areas.
