The Kowalczyk Residence project is located at 2940 NE 31 Avenue in the City of Lighthouse Point. The proposed project is a single family residence. The Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the proposed seawall. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the proposed seawall with structural design assistance from James Bushouse, Inc. Environmental Permits were obtained from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2010.
