The project site consisted of a vacant commercial facility previously occupied by Target. Due to the unauthorized trimming and/or
removal of existing native species from the upland preserve areas in the parking lot the client was required by City of Coral Springs
to conduct monitoring inspections and reports as required in the specific conditions of the stipulated settlement agreement.
TCG was responsible for conducting the time-zero and subsequent annual monitoring inspections, as well as subcontracting a maintenance company to conduct annual maintenance events.
