The Chappell Group, was contracted by Hamsa Hand Holdings, LLC to permit the relocation of the on-site borrowing owls with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC). The proposed project was to construct a shopping center and associated parking lot. As permitted, the on-site borrowing owls were relocated to an adjacent property. The Chappell Group, Inc. will perform these tasks for Hamsa Hand Holdings, LLC from January 2006 to November 2007.
