The 1845 SE 7th Street project is located at 1845 SE 7th Street north of 17th Street Causeway in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The proposed project is a single family residence with 3 slips. The Chappell Group, Inc. provided and is still providing all environmental services for the proposed dock. As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the proposed dock with structural design assistance from James Bushouse, Inc. Environmental Permits were obtained from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department.
Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2010.
