The project consisted of a public/private partnership between Broward County and the Young At Art Museum for the development of a new museum facility and branch library.
The Chappell Group, Inc. was responsible for all phases of environmental review and permitting associated with the development. TCG provided preliminary environmental assessment services and was then responsible for the identification and delineation of onsite jurisdictional wetlands. Jurisdictional wetland boundaries were delineated and survey verified by TCG staff, followed by all required coordination and field work associated with regulatory verification of wetland boundaries. The Chappell Group provided all environmental regulatory permitting services through the Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department (BCEPGMD), the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE).
